WE ARE lOOKING FOR YOU!

Are you a Senior Content & Communications Producer who can take ownership of communications from idea to finished output? Then join us!

The role

You will develop and produce communications for TWNTY and our clients across digital and other channels.

You might turn an interview into a LinkedIn carousel, write a website page, prepare a newsletter, develop a campaign concept, create social-media content, or turn a long and complex source document into a concise and engaging story.

A core part of the role is editorial judgement: understanding the communications objective, identifying what matters, finding the strongest angle, choosing the right format and producing the content.

For routine communications, we expect you to be able to take work from idea to publication, including both copy and everyday visual production.

More specialist design, video or technical production will be handled with dedicated creative or technical support.

Key responsibilities

Content production

  • Develop content ideas, angles and storylines.

  • Write and edit copy for social media, websites, newsletters, articles, campaigns and other communications materials such as case studies, stories or interviews.

  • Develop concepts and scripts for short-form video and multimedia content.

  • Turn long, technical or complex source material into clear, engaging and useful communications.

  • Repurpose strong source material across multiple channels and formats.

Social media

  • Own and maintain an editorial pipeline and content calendar, schedule and publish content.

  • Proactively identify stories, trends, communication and engagement opportunities.

  • Write platform-appropriate posts for different audiences.

  • Create polished, on-brand social-media graphics, carousels and simple visual content.

  • Monitor performance and use results to improve future content.

Communications planning

  • Help define audiences, messages, formats and channels.

  • Help develop campaign concepts and content series.

  • Contribute to communications strategies and editorial planning.

  • Adapt tone, depth and format for different professional audiences.

Production and coordination

  • Review external outputs for accuracy, consistency and quality.

  • Manage several assignments in parallel and deliver reliably against agreed deadlines.

What we are looking for

Essential

  • Exceptional written English, at native or near-native professional level.

  • Typically 3- 5 years of hands-on communications experience.

  • Strong editorial judgement, copywriting and editing skills.

  • Strong social-media experience.

  • Good visual judgement and ability to independently create professional social-media visuals, carousels and simple branded assets using Canva or similar tools.

  • Ability to understand unfamiliar or complex topics quickly.

  • Ability to adapt messages, tone and format for different professional audiences.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A high degree of autonomy, reliability and initiative.

We particularly value people who can

  • find the story in complicated or fragmented material;

  • simplify complex subjects without oversimplifying them;

  • move comfortably between writing, social media and visual content;

  • understand the purpose behind a communication, not just the task itself;

  • challenge a weak angle or format and propose a better one;

  • work independently without requiring detailed production briefs;

  • recognise when they can produce something themselves and when specialist creative support will improve the result.

Experience communicating complex, technical, strategic or policy-related subjects to professional audiences is an advantage.

Experience in sustainability, technology, energy, cities, innovation, consulting, public affairs or international organisations is useful, but not a prerequisite.

We care more about communications ability, curiosity and judgement than experience in one particular sector.

Tools

You should be comfortable working with standard communications and digital-production tools, including:

  • LinkedIn and other social platforms;

  • CMS and web-publishing tools;

  • email and newsletter platforms;
