TRANSFORMER

TRANSFORMER is a Horizon Europe project designing long-term, systemic transformation frameworks for regions across Europe to facilitate the shift from fossil-fuel to zero-carbon and climate-neutral economies. A conceptual framework was developed by mapping, defining, and categorising the Transition Super-Labs (TSLs) that are piloted in four regions in Europe: the Ruhr area, Emilia Romagna, Lower Silesia, and Western Macedonia. The Transition Super-Lab approach considers entire regions as living laboratories in which new ways of transformation towards a climate-neutral future can be developed, tested and implemented. The TSLs bring together various stakeholders found on a regional level, such as universities, municipalities, companies, and civil society organisations. TWE: Communication and dissemination, promotion, stakeholder engagement, event strategy, knowledge hub, data visualisation.

Our role

Twenty is a leader of the WP6: Dissemination, Networking, Training & Exploitation. Within the WP6 Twenty set out a dissemination and communication framework to reach all relevant stakeholders and target audiences through targeted channels ensuring that TRANSFORMER results are communicated and disseminated at project, local, national, and EU levels to facilitate further replication and uptake of solutions. Established an online presence with a common knowledge-sharing TRANSFORMER hub, including a link to the toolkit to serve as a central dissemination and knowledge-sharing platform for all stakeholders. Expanded the impact of the proposed solutions by creating a framework for training, capacity building, knowledge sharing, and replication by follower regions (User Forum), stakeholders, and communities. Disseminates exploitable results via communication activities and tools such as workshops, scientific publications, white papers, and published frameworks to ensure uptake and replication.
